The Owners Corporation changed commercial cleaners a couple of years ago. This action was applied as a result of neglect to meet our standards by the previous contractor cleaners. Body Corporate Services (Strata Management) who are now our Strata Managers recommended we use Vic Clean Pty Ltd. Since then we have never looked back. It makes me feel proud walking around the common property to see it is being cared for at such a high standard. Nothing ever seems to be a problem or an issue with these guys as they are incredibly professional in their approach to maintaining the common property. As a result our property values have continued to increase and the standard of tenants has improved dramatically and more owners are now occupying the building.

Vic Cleans’ Quality Insurance, with monthly inspections conducted with the Andrew, the Area Manager, together with a representative from the Committee of Management ensures the building is maintained to the highest level of cleanliness. Site cleaners not only undertake prescribed tasks but are also proactive in identifying other issues including maintenance needs, undertaking additional housekeeping tasks & ensuring identified issues are followed up promptly.
