I’d like to share something that I believe is really important for every company. VicClean P/L have been proud to provide excellent service to clients but most of all we are proud of caring about our staff. As a building Supervisor I am committed to caring about my staff. I have a new cleaner working at 2 of my sites and he’s been really ‎impressed with VicClean, because of how professionally everything is handled, how we work, what we supply, training given to staff, but most importantly he is very happy with the manner in which he receives his pay.

He’s been working for other cleaning companies as a cleaner and supervisor in the past and something that he brought to my attention ‎is how punctual VicClean is with paying the wages and providing pay slips, security he did not have with previous employers.  Luckily, this is something that most of us can take for granted. Now, the cleaner in question is very happy to be working with us.

All this just shows me that caring about the staff is the first step to motivate people to give their best, therefore promoting a good work attitude and a positive energy that can only enhance VicClean’s name as a reputable company. VicClean not only provides excellent customer service to clients but also takes seriously the well-being of their staff. Other companies, especially in the cleaning industry, are not so responsible. What can be done about this situation?
