Two of the biggest players in the digital space, Google and Facebook, are pouring multi-millions into virtual reality technology. Both are already deep into the implementation phase so the technology is available.
Already here in Australia forward thinking developers of high-end properties are working virtual reality tours into their marketing budgets. Imagine providing prospective buyers a comfortable relaxed-state lounge where they could take virtual tours in private! Or even in their own lounge room. Compared with the headaches of organising times, places and many people to meet for viewings, virtual tours would be a breeze!
