    The Owners Corporation changed commercial cleaners a couple of years ago. This action was applied as a result of neglect to meet our standards by the previous contractor cleaners. Body Corporate Services (Strata Management) who are now our Strata Managers recommended we use Vic Clean Pty Ltd. Since then we have never looked back. It makes me feel proud walking around the common property to see it is being cared for at such a high standard.   • For the last 5 years, VicClean has been the provider of cleaning services to the 110 apartment complex. From day one their professionalism, commitment to procedures & timeliness has been outstanding. Vic Cleans’ Quality Insurance, with monthly inspections conducted with the Andrew, the Area Manager, together with a representative from the Committee of Management ensures the building is maintained to the highest level of cleanliness. Site cleaners not only undertake prescribed tasks but are also proactive in identifying other issues including maintenance needs, undertaking additional housekeeping tasks & ensuring identified issues are followed up promptly. The Management Team at Vic Clean are extremely friendly, professional and accommodating at all times and we have enjoyed continual contact from top down.
