We don’t subcontract our cleaning services

All our cleaners are directly employed and we do not subcontract any part of our core service provision. This ensures total labour compliance and all cleaners are treated fairly, respectfully and receive all Award entitlements. This ensures our staff are dedicated and believe in our vision in delivering a consistently high level of service to our many clients.

Our procurement guidelines are ethical

We provide a framework to ensure that we operate ethically and with integrity in purchasing goods and services and conducting business with our clients. Social and environmental considerations in our supplier selection and evaluation processes are guided by our Probity Policy & Code of Conduct guidelines.

We are totally transparent with our pricing

Each and every tender we provide is based on an open book policy. Our costing sheet is transparent with percentage break ups, taking into account all relevant Awards, on costs right down to our profit margin.
